| How do ServiceBuddy.com's Projects work? |

First the service company creates their membership. Most companies will have an existing profile online that simply needs to be identified through search and then completing the registration.
Second, the account manager for the service company sets the Project criteria such as service categories, budget, timeframe and location.
Third, as members post projects they will send them out to service providers in the appropriate category and location. This is where your ranking and reviews are invaluable. The better your ranking and reviews the more Project requests you will receive. So it is to your advantage to have your customers sign up for ServiceBuddy.com and post a review on your company.
Fourth, you need to accept the Project request and respond. The member will then decide who they would like to proceed with. At this point the process reverts back to a traditional transaction with site visits and pricing negotiations done directly with one another. ServiceBuddy.com does not get involved with the Projects directly.

| What kind of memberships does ServiceBuddy.com offer? |

We offer 3 different levels of membership.
Starter – Standard profile available to all service
companies.
Plus – Enhanced services including photos and
projects.
Pro– Enhanced services and banner
advertisement included.
Starter membership is the standard level of membership we load our service provider. This allows the company profile to be located within the service category. Basic services such as being able to receive reviews, etc. are enabled. To manage the account you will need to register your name, email and password. To verify that you should be managing the company profile we will follow up with a call to you directly. You will also need to be able to confirm your email by clicking an authorization link in the new membership email that is sent to you.
Plus membership allows your organization to receive project bids and post photos of your work online. This membership is great for small businesses that are looking to grow their customer base and also boost their online presence. Silver membership provides a great way of presenting photos of your work to the ServiceBuddy.com member community.
Pro membership level is the highest level of
membership available on ServiceBuddy.com. Pro membership
provides the broadest range of service options available on
ServiceBuddy.com. Unlimited categories and project quotes, extra
online photos and a 3 month banner advertisement placement make
Pro membership the most productive membership level.

| How do I renew my ServiceBuddy.com membership? |

Membership dues may be renewed by credit card, cash or check. Most service companies who choose to pay by credit card are also enrolled in our auto renewal program. These companies receive a reminder notice approximately two months prior to their membership's annual expiration date. The notice reminds them that we will renew their membership using the credit card on file unless we receive a cancellation request prior to the scheduled renewal date. If the first attempt to renew a membership fails, an auto renewal program attempts to process the renewal for approximately 90 days.
Companies that would like to opt out of the auto renewal program may do so by contacting ServiceBuddy.com via phone, fax, e-mail or US mail. Companies that do not participate in the auto renewal program receive a paper renewal notice approximately 2 months prior to their membership's expiration date. These companies may then pay by credit card, cash or check at their convenience.
